Ranwell Business OS Subscription Terms

These terms govern access to the Ranwell Business OS Cloud subscription service.

Service access
- The customer receives a limited, non-transferable right to use the subscribed Business OS features while the subscription is active.
- Ranwell Group retains ownership of the software platform, application code and platform intellectual property.
- The customer remains responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the business data entered into its workspace.

Subscriptions and payment
- Access may be provided under a trial, paid subscription, grace period or another status approved by Ranwell Group.
- Paid features may be restricted when a subscription expires or remains unpaid after the applicable grace period.
- Subscription pricing, billing periods and plan limits are shown in the customer billing portal or commercial quotation.

Customer data
- Each company workspace is logically isolated from other tenant workspaces.
- The customer retains ownership of its business records.
- The customer should maintain appropriate internal user-access controls and use strong credentials.

Acceptable use
- The platform must not be used to breach applicable law, interfere with other tenants, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious software or abuse platform resources.

Support and changes
- Ranwell Group may improve, patch and update the centrally hosted platform from time to time.
- Platform changes are deployed centrally so subscribed companies can benefit from maintained software without separate installations.

Termination
- On cancellation or termination, access and data-retention arrangements are governed by the current cancellation, retention and commercial agreement.
